Shraddha Hariharan

Shraddha is a senior and 4 year member of WVMUN with two years of experience on the exec board. Although not so shy anymore, Shraddha still is an expert at analyzing problems and helping other delefates through her quick thinking and receptive personality. Shraddha is an avid believer in the fact that growth is key to success, and no number of awards will ever compare to improvement and resilience. She hopes that her encouragement fosters a sense of belonging to all as this year progresses!



Diya Menon

Diya is a senior and 4 year member of Model UN, who knows first hand how empathy and curiosity drive the decisions we make during debate. As students living at a time where global politics can be confusing, Diya will encourage her fellow delegates to ask questions, embrace the unpredictable, and to never question the lasting impact we have on in our community. Diya loves working one on one with delegates, new and experienced, to help them find a voice that is authentic to their lived experience. She loves stepping outside of her comfort zone, and cannot wait to help others do the same this year!



Yagnesh Lokesh

Yagnesh, a passionate senior, is a 4-year member of Model UN. With a love for science and community service, he has transformed his view of foreign affairs and public speaking. Yagnesh's friendly and entertaining personality helps him provide helpful critiques to delegates. Excited to serve on the board this year, he aims to continue sharing his voice through Model UN.



Smayan Tayal

Smayan is a senior and three year member of Waubonsie's Model UN. Smayan's ability to diplomatically negotiate, research global issues, and commitment to do anything he sets his heart on drives his ardent passion for Model UN. Once an underclassman himself, Smayan understands how overwhelming Model UN can be without someone to guide you, so never be afraid to ask questions. For Smayan, Model UN is more than just a club, it's a journey of collaboration, diplomacy, and a desire to change the world. And he is so excited to share that journey with each and every delegate!



Saina Arora

Saina is a third-year member of Model UN and believes that MUN teaches a multitude of skills, which are applicable in every walk of life. Whether she is collaborating with fellow delegates or bringing new ideas for the club, Saina hopes to inspire new delegates to continue their journey with Model UN. With this same mindset, Saina looks forward to hearing new perspectives on global issues along with providing a helping hand to encourage everyone to share their voice. Saina is excited for another incredible year of Model UN!



Simran Tarigopula

Simran is a third year member of Model UN. She believes that MUN provides each delegate with comprehensive skills that harbors increased knowledge and self awareness to global issues. Simran’s own journey in MUN has given her a newfound sense of confidence which she hopes each delegate attains as they embark on their own mission. Simran’s empathy and ability to connect with others brings new perspectives and ideas to this club. She is looking forward to another great year in which every delegate can create new memories!

Kelly is a four year member of MUN who leads the club alongside her fellow board members. She is always there to cheer for her peers and friends. Never backing down to a hard task she stays composed and brings amazing ideas to the delegates table. Kelly loves sparking spectacular debates with her diplomatic members. Throughout her experience of MUN, she hopes this year will end with a bang.



Eric Prakash

Eric is a senior member of the WVMUN exec board who’ll never say no to delegates asking for help. His calm demeanor and resourcefulness is guaranteed to solve any crisis that others are struggling with. Eric is very excited for his last year of MUN and plans to make the most of his conferences by showing that even debate can be fun if you put forward your 100%.



Avyay Parmeswaran

Avyay is a 3-year member of Model UN who is extremely passionate about global affairs. Although he loves being funny, when it comes to work he is extremely hardworking and always gives his 100% effort. An articulate speaker, empathetic listener, and natural leader, Avyay is always willing to help others out while sharing his scholarly viewpoints.



Yagnesh Lokesh

Yagnesh, a passionate junior, is a 3-year member of Model UN. With a love for science and community service, he has transformed his view of foreign affairs and public speaking. Diya is a junior and a third year member of Model UN, who believes that the MUN experience is incredibly versatile. It is where every delegate can exert their power as an empathetic global citizen just by taking the time to learn. With her extensive organizational and literary skills, Diya creates resourceful systems and assists delegates in building a command over language. She will encourage any delegate step out of their comfort zone!

Though initially coming off as shy and reserved, Shraddha’s ability to foster close relationships and analyze to the smallest detail makes her a key component to this club. Shraddha believes that MUN is a place where ones strengths and weaknesses can work together to harbor an amazing environment for debate. She hopes for everyone to always be learning something new, and is looking forward to a wonderful year filled with improvement from all!

Sunanda is a 2-year member of the Exec Board. Apart from being a fantastic delegate, she's hardworking and willing to go above-and-beyond to ensure that the club remains as reputable in the Model UN world as it is. Sunanda loves to read and uses her creativeness in committee. She is also always available to help others out.



Jonah Elias

Jonah is a 4-year member of Model UN that constantly speaks to the advisors and is always trying to make the club more efficient. His logical thinking allows for the Exec Board to find solutions to problems quickly. Before committee sessions, you can usually find him at the local Starbucks.



Shivam Shah

Shivam is a 4-year member of Model UN. He is always willing to help others out and is best at combining technology with diplomacy. He strives to make Model UN more fun and brings a unique perspective to the Exec Board. Shivam will work to educate newer delegates and help them feel more comfortable in the club.



Eric Prakash

Eric, a first-year member of the Exec Board, keeps the group together when the pressure starts rising. He makes sure that everyone is on track and will never say no to helping another delegate. Plus, Eric is an amazing delegate who’s charisma and concrete solutions to any situation makes for a great time for everyone.



Kelly Cong

Kelly, the funniest member of the Exec Board and a 3-year member of Model UN, is a great leader and ensures the welcoming energy that Model UN holds. Kelly is able to adapt swiftly to hard situations even when she is under pressure. But most importantly, she loves communicating, helping, and boosting others morales.

Rishi, a 2-year member of the Exec Board, has more maturity than all of the executive board combined. He often keeps us on track and has the best ideas and solutions to all of our problems. Besides being smart, Rishi is a fantastic delegate and is always open to helping others and sharing his educated perspective.



Dishita Mansukhani

Dishita, also a 2-year member of the Exec Board, has been a very accomplished Model UN member for the past 4 years. Having won numerous awards, Dishita is one of the strongest debaters in the entire club. Her role is vital in keeping the Exec Board organized with her prompt creation of Google Forms and other presentations.



Diyadatt Seeryada

Diya is the mom of the Exec Board, often keeping everyone in check. One of our top delegates, she runs solely on Iced Chai Latte with Oat Milk and granola bites. She is particularly interested in Government and is very confident as a delegate. She is an amazing teacher, so feel free to ask her for help!



Dhwani Patel

Dhwani is the creative one in the team. As a 4 year member of Model UN, she is an incredibly hard worker and brings color to all presentations. As an amazing teacher, Dhwani will work to educate new delegates on the inner workings of MUN and international diplomacy in general.



Sohum Shah

Sohum is the dad of the Exec Board, often taking candid photos of the group. As a 4 year member of MUN, he is the best at combining technology with the world of international diplomacy. Sohum is one of the top delegates at WVMUN, consistently placing at conferences throughout the year.



Sunanda Sundaram

Sunanda, a junior, is a highly qualified 3-year member of the Exec Board. She is the kindest person on the Exec Board and has listening skills well beyond her age. She brings a unique perspective to MUN that has allowed her to thrive at numerous MUN conferences. Her role is vital and she will soon take over as a leader in the near future.

Remember the board member who sat behind the computer during the 2019 Model UN school year? That was Henry Hong. A natural leader, the three year board member is extremely passionate about leading Model UN and is always open to helping out anyone who needs it.



Ranit Kar

Ranit is the guy who constantly makes comments and takes MUN meetings off track. When he's not being unproductive, Ranit takes on the design and creative side of MUN. He is very dedicated to the club and tries to improve it in multiple ways every day. He's always open to give advice to delegates.



Anvita Agrawal

One of our top delegates, Anvita has the ability to do 20 hours of work in 30 minutes if she drinks enough black coffee. She is a phenomenal speaker and an extremely intelligent person and she continues to provide a sterling example of what a proper Model UN delegate should be. Feel free to ask her for help!

Srikant has been a dedicated 3 year Model UN member. He's quick to laugh and to make others laugh and can take a joke better than anyone. However when it comes down to it, Srikant works incredibly hard. He always shares his thought out perspectives whenever needed and improves the club every day.

Arnav is a 4 year member of Model UN and is passionate to lead the 2019-20 club along with his Exec Board. His past experience as an Exec Board member has taught him to be a better leader. Using his skills in technology, Arnav has created a new age of Model UN for Waubonsie with a new look and theme. He is excited to see the club progress in the future.



Montse Cuetos

Montse is one of our best delegates and leaders in the club, quickly demonstrating growth and knowledge of debate over her 4 years of Model UN. She is attentive and understanding to the needs of all members, especially new ones. Montse is the glue that is holding our club together; without her, we would not be as successful as we are today.

Adil is a man with a beard and a passion to create. He puts in his best effort in everything he does and is creative in his leadership methods. Adil is well versed in international politics and will not hesitate to share his opinions on certain policies. He offers something new to the table, and is vital to the Exec Board and club as a whole.

Knowing nothing at first, Hari has risen through the ranks like a phoenix from ashes. His fun, quirky personality allows him to connect to our members and make meaningful bonds. He is efficient and offers his perspective on any issue that comes to hand. Hari is reliant and friendly, and makes sure everyone is welcome to Model UN.



Ananya Ram

Ananya is the only intelligent board member, meaning that she often keeps us in check. She is extremely witty and rational, and her goal is the betterment of the club. Ananya's wisdom often guides the Exec Board during tough decisions. Besides being super smart, Ananya is also friendly and strives to make connections with many new members.



Henry Hong

Communication is one of the most important things for a club, and Henry is in charge of making sure our members are aware and informed. Henry is also a natural leader and he is a confident in his duties. He does not waste time in making sure our delegates are well prepared for conferences and meetings.

Kevin is the face of our club, he led our club and lifted our spirits before conferences. He was extremely excited for the Model UN year and had two years on the executive board. Starting from his freshman year, Kevin had put in a lot of effort to maximizing his Model UN experience. He currently holds the most awards out of current students in District 203 and 204.



Shiven Gupta

Shiven wa a man willing to make the tough decisions needed to make the club as efficient as possible. He saw every situation for what it can be maximized for, looking for a productive way to solve each issue that pops up. Shiven had served two years on the executive board and had been in the club since his freshman year. A man who kept our club in check - Shiven Gupta.

With every club there is someone to go to for help. With Soomin's extensive knowledge, he accomplished this crucial aspect. Soomin was an extremely intelligent individual who made sure Kevin did not take things out of control. Having experienced life in another country for his childhood, he can pinpoint different perspectives that other countries have. The embodiment of our club's knowledge - Soomin Kim.

With a fun and serious personality, she was amazing at helping newcomers feel at home and created a vibe of friendship throughout our community.
